While Gold Kidney offers standard Medicare Advantage plans, we specialize in serving individuals with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and chronic conditions that lead to kidney failure, such as diabetes, chronic heart failure, and cardiovascular conditions. Our goal is to improve the health and delay the disease progression of our members.
