Over 100 nephrologists decided to start Gold Kidney Health Plan to provide coverage for patients with chronic diseases that address their unique needs.
Authorizations & Referrals
Authorizations and referrals are a breeze! Prior authorizations are required for a small number of services. No written referrals or authorizations are required for cardiology, cardiovascular surgeons, endocrinology, or nephrology services or providers.
Claims & Payments
Easily process claims and receive prompt payments. Gold Kidney offers electronic claims submission through Availity; Availity payer ID: A6865. We offer Electronic Funds Transfer through Zellis. This reduces your expenses, shortens the reimbursement cycle, and streamlines the entire workflow.
Model of Care Training
Gold Kidney offers providers Model of Care training that meets CMS regulatory requirements. This training educates providers and their staff who work with our members on the unique needs of this population and how our Medicare plans can help them.
